As I stood there soaking wet, I have since replaced my waders, I couldn believe my eyes.I was already having a great day having shot a wood duck, green head mallard, and a pintail. I was amazed and my Uncle Doug was pretty proud too! He let me make the phone call by myself and handed me the band. I will nev guess factory er forget putting that band on my duck call.Back at the club house the adults could not believe it. I definitely had all the attention that night. I took my fair share of praise and grief f guess factory rom the adults, but when I closed my eyes that night I knew that I had the best hunt of them all.I love to hunt and will be doing it for many years to come. But I can tell you one thing, when I look at my band and the certificate hanging on the wall nothing will ever compare to that day.
